Shipping
Domestic Shipping Policies: Most orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days from our location, that does not include saturdays & sundays or federal holidays. If we can not provide it then it will come directly from the warehouse or directly from one of our suppliers within 2-5 business days. Shipping is economy, shipping which can take up to 10 business days. Again that does not include saturdays & sundays or federal holidays. Seller reserves the right to change shippers or shipping method based on cost, size of item, and buyer’s location. Please also be aware that shipping times are approximate and are NOT GUARANTEED by the U.S. Post Office, FEDEX, UPS or any other shipping carrier. I try to ship items as quickly as possible, but sometimes items purchased may at times take longer than the stated time to arrive. I will supply a tracking number whenever possible.
Import Shipping Policies: As anyone who has ordered from abroad knows, shipping takes longer. I unfortunately have no control over that. But I can give you the average standard delivery time for most packages and that is 15-45 days. I will provide a tracking number whenever possible.
Returns
Return Policy: We allow returns that are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.
All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were received in.
Please contact us for a RMA number and the return shipping address. Note: in the subject write “Return Requested”. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.
We accept returns for any unused, sealed, unopened and untested products when returned in its original packaging.
• Used and damaged merchandise cannot be returned, as we cannot and will not sell returned, opened merchandise as new.
• As per store policy; there is a 20% restocking fee & 25% restocking fee on any electrical or items that take batteries which will be deducted from your refund amount that we give you after we receive the product in good condition.
Free shipping costs paid by Seller paid for as the Free shipping promotion will also be deducted from refund given to the buyer.
• Please contact us before returning the item. We kindly request the buyers to send the returns using a postal service that allows tracking of packages.
• The buyer is responsible for any return shipping. If any item is found to be used, opened or replaced and or altered for any other item the buyer will be responsible for return shipping back to the buyer.
All returned items must be in good and re-sellable (New) condition with original, unopened packaging and instructions
Before making a return, the buyer must contact Us through email message system in order to obtain a return approval number RMA or the return will not be accepted.
Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem. We are unable to accept any items that have been used.
Return shipping fees are not refundable.
We reserve the right to decline any returns if the above guidelines are not followed. For Carrier claims of damage follow claims process below after obtaining RMA #.
CLAIM PROCESS:
We need at least 3 (three) pictures to FILE A CLAIM with the SHIPPING CARRIER;
#1. Photo(s) showing Damage to the Box/Shipping Crate
#2. Photo(s) showing the SHIPPING LABEL clearly identifying Names/Addresses
#3. Photo(s) showing the DAMAGED GOOD or PRODUCT
(These 3 Photos are required. If you do not provide them; you cannot file a claim; therefore you will not be compensated.)
